Hotel Hougue du Pommier Festive Programme

Thursday 23rd December

Arrive at the hotel. A warm welcome awaits you with a glass of Sherry & Mince pies.
There will be time for some last minute shopping.
Bar lunches available in the Tudor Bar from 12 until 2pm.
Dinner is served from 7pm until 9pm

Friday 24th December

Start the day with a traditional cooked breakfast from 7.30am until 9.30am.
Bar lunches available form 12 until 2pm.
Once again time for some last minute shopping or take a leisurely walk to view our Beautiful coastlines.
At 6.30pm meet the management and staff in the Tudor bar for a welcome cocktail party.
7pm a festive four-course candlelit dinner served until 9pm.
After dinner, why not join us for a carol sing-a-long and dancing with Mach 1 In the Tudor bar where we will be serving Mulled Wine and Mince Pies from 9pm.

Christmas Day

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast from 7.30am until 9.30am
Guess who will be visiting?! Presents for everyone, after all the excitement you are free to relax.
Traditional Christmas day luncheon served from 12 until 2.30pm. [ see menu here ]
Time to relax once again or listen to the Queens Speech.
We will be serving afternoon tea & Christmas cake in the Tudor bar at 4pm.
For those of you who can manage there is a light supper Served from 8pm until 9.30pm.

Boxing Day

Breakfast from 7.30am until 9.30am.
Why not take a leisurely walk through our country lanes please be sure to take out telephone number should you get lost!
Bar lunches are served from 12 until 2pm.
Dinner will be served from 7pm until 9pm.
After dinner why not have a relaxing evening in the Tudor Bar.

Monday 27th December

For those of you who are leaving us today, we hope you have had a wonderful stay here with us and we wish you a safe journey home.

Thursday 30th December

For those of you that arrive with us today a warm welcome awaits you with a glass of sherry and a slice of Guernsey Gauche and Guernsey Butter.
Bar lunches will be served in the bar from 12 until 2pm.
After lunch why not take a leisurely drive around our beautiful Island.
Dinner will be served from 7pm until 9pm.
After dinner you have the chance to pit your wits against one another in our Popular pub quiz.

New Year's Eve

Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 9.30am.
Rest of the day free to shop or just relax at the Hotel.
Bar lunches will be served from 12 until 2pm.
Gala candlelit hot & cold buffet dinner served from 8pm until 10pm Includes party hats, party poppers and balloons Followed by dancing in the Tudor bar till late with Mach 1, a popular local band. As we approach midnight, we will be selling Champagne by the glass or bottle in the Tudor bar for you to welcome in the New Year.

New Year's Day

Very lazy day! Brunch will be served in the Farmhouse Restaurant From 10am until 12 noon.
Afternoon to relax and unwind or visit the town to grab a bargain in the New-Year sales
Bar Lunches served between 12 – 2pm.
Dinner will be served from 7pm until 9pm. [ see menu here ]

Sunday 2nd January

Breakfast will be served from 7.30am until 9.30am.
After breakfast its time to say goodbye to you all and may we wish you a safe journey home and we hope to see you again in the future.
