Children's Policy
Children aged 1 to 23 months - Accommodation only Free of Charge
Children aged 2 to 11 years - 50% of Adult Rate if sharing with 2 Adults
Children in their own room - Full Adult Rate
Please note: Sofa bed in family rooms are only suitable for children
under 9 years.
Evening Meals - Guests wishing to
take half board should add £19.50 per person to the above
rates, if pre booked for duration of stay. Guests on half board
terms will not receive an allowance for meals not taken.
Feel free to alternate between half board and a' La Carte menus.
An allowance of £19.50 is credited to the a' la carte account.
Hotel guests who opt to stay on bed and breakfast terms are welcome
to dine in the Tudor Bar where bar meals are served, or our Restaurant where a fixed price
four course menu is available priced £22.50.
Swimming Pool - Heated mid-May to
mid-September. Please bring pool/beach towels for using at the pool.
Deposit - It is required that all
reservations are confirmed by a letter, fax, e-mail or on receipt
of a credit card deposit. We request a non-refundable deposit for the first night booked. This can be paid by credit card or debit card.
Insurance - Our experience leads
us to recommend guest take out insurance to cover both travel and
hotel charges. Holiday insurance can be arranged through our recommended
ABTA bonded travel company.
Cancellation - Cancellations should
be made in writing, and will be acknowledge by us. In the event
of a cancellation for any reason the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of departure prior to the expiry of the reservation
a charge for accommodation only will be made.
More than 56 days: Deposit only
56 - 43 days: 50% of accommodation
42 - 29 days: 70% of accommodation
28 - 22 days: 80% of accommodation
21 - 8 days: 90% of accommodation
7 - 0 days: 100% of accommodation
Dogs - Dogs are not allowed anywhere where food is being served (except Registered Guide Dogs, which are also free of charge). Please bring own bedding and note that we do not provide food for the dog. A £15.00 charge will be levied per dog, per night.

Room Types
Standard Rooms are furnished to a high standard and comprise
of either twin beds or a double bed, with either a shower only or
a bath and shower over. They have TV, tea and coffee making
facilities and a hairdryer. All rooms have cherry wood furniture and
are light and airy.
Family Rooms - have a sofa bed that
will fold down to provide two child beds. They are furnished as
standard rooms. We recommend that they are only suitable for children
under 12 years. Interconnecting rooms are available. First child full
price - Second child 50% over two years of age.
Deluxe Rooms - are much larger than
our standard rooms and are furnished to a high standard. Most of the
bathrooms have his' n hers wash hand basins, bath with shower over
and most have bidets. (Three have shower only). All rooms have trouser
press and hairdryers.
Deluxe Four Poster Rooms - two deluxe
rooms have four poster beds.
Superior Sundeck Rooms - Two deluxe
rooms have a patio where you can relax in the sun.
Medieval Deluxe Room - Uniquely furnished
for that something different.
